Please be advised of the following publication dates for Australian Telephone Directory 1. Internet: Within 48 hours of signed confirmation 2. Hardcopy CD-Rom: Available on written request. Signed Agreements entered into between Australian Telephone Directory and any customer cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of signed confirmation as this would constitute a breach of contract. All accounts must be finalised within 14 days from date of signed confirmation. Collection costs will also be the responsibility of the party breaching the contract. Please notify us via email, should you not require us to contact you regarding your renewal of your listing. All agreements made between Australian Telephone Directory and any customer shall be for a period of not less than twelve months from the date of and acceptance of said contract. After the expiration of said twelve months, and at the discretion of Australian Telephone Directory, the contract will be deemed to be ongoing whereupon a customer service officer will contact you for renewal; except whereas the client has stipulated in writing or by email, thirty days before the expiry of the term, that they no longer wish to continue or require a listing in the Australian Telephone Directory.
